2nd grade students are expected to practice reading daily at home. They also need to practice addition and subtraction facts and will have math homework Monday through Thursday. Please review your child's homework with them and initial the sheet. Students can also practice reading and writing high frequency words. Folders are sent home every Thursday with informational notes and your child's completed classwork . During the school year, please check with your child to see if there are any supplies they need (ie: pencils, erasers, tissue, crayons, etc.).
